TMF continues to demonstrate our dedication to quality, consistently providing parts and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements for Aviation, Space and Defense. We have been continuously certified to AS9100 (Rev D) since its release, achieving recertification on our last audit in August. Our new certificate is good through October 22, 2025.

July 2020: COVID-19 Safety and Prevention
To protect our employees and their families, as well as our customers and supply chain, we have developed COVID-19 Policies and Procedures for preventing the transmission of the coronavirus within our manufacturing facility. We reached out to Impact Washington to conduct a third party assessment, ensuring we have taken all necessary steps in this effort.
On July 31, Impact Washington's auditor performed the virtual assessment, as our GM provided a tour of the facility with cell phone in hand. The tour and subsequent discussions with management lasted a half day. The auditor saw evidence of masked and distanced employees, signage, doors propped open, cleaning supplies on hand, and modified work cells that provide clear boundaries between equipment operators. The auditor reviewed our policies and procedures, which we created in accordance with the Washington State and CDC guidelines and recommendations.
Highlights:

- The way we reconfigured our manufacturing work cells was deemed a Best Practice.

June 2019: Award Winning Quality
A testament to our commitment to quality, TMF earned a Five Star Supplier Excellence Award from Raytheon's Integrated Defense Systems business for performance in 2018, the second in under ten years.
Raytheon’s IDS business instituted the annual Supplier Excellence Awards program to recognize suppliers who have provided outstanding service and partnership in exceeding customer requirements. Award candidates are judged on certain criteria, including overall quality, on-time delivery and demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement. A Five-Star recognition is the highest level of recognition a Raytheon IDS business supplier can achieve for excellence in quality and delivery performance, and TMF was 1 of 16 companies selected for this award.
